Today is a product review day and I'll review my favorite creatine supplement which is non other than Kre-alkalyn EFX pro.
Kre-alkalyn EFX Pro, is in my opinion the most advanced creatine supplement out there and that is due to the fact that the pH is in the 12-14 zone which basically protects creatine for becoming an expensive ''urine'' extract :P
The basic idea here is that creatine must have a pH above 7 in order to slow down its degradation and thus, enhance the absorption.
Among the benefits of this creatine supplement is that you don't need to "load" meaning, that you don't need to overdose for the first 5-6 days and then lower the dosage back to normal. Moreover, you just use it on training days AND it is in pill form which is much more convenient in my opinion.
Kre Alkalyn is also Drug Free Certified for those of you who are involved in drug tested sports.
Another great feat I discovered is that I started to see results from the first dose, results like: increased mental focus during training, increased pumps and a lot more stamina. One more fantastic benefit for me was I had NO water retention, none, nada.
You see, I'm prone to retain excess subcutaneous water when I use creatine supps and with Kre-Alkalyn that just wasn't the case (YES).
These are the benefits I had and not hype you usually read.
Now, this thing is not gonna make you bench press 600 lbs. for 12 reps, nor squat 1000 lbs for 10 reps but it WILL boost your training intensity enough for you to progress. That said, this supp won't do shit if you don't pay attention to your nutrition and THAT is a fact.
OH, I almost forgot! The supplements reviewed in fitredefined blog are supplements that I or one of my trainees have used with good REAL world results and NOT some randomly picked up from the web reviews.
